Naming of VM states (the second state is only needed for special cases).

Naming of VM states (the second state is only needed for special cases), valid for VMs:
- starting
- running
- shutting down
- destroying
- running, backing up
- stopped, backing up
- running, streaming [5.1 %]
- stopped, streaming [5.1 %]
