Shorten a company name:
* If the company name consists of one word only
** Take the first two letters of the company name and the last one.
** Example: Lollipop ==> lop
* If the company name consists of two words, four words or more
** Take the first character of the first word and the first two characters of the last word
** Example: stepping stone ==> sst
** Example: Pricey Items GmbH ==> pit
* If the company name consists of three words
** Take the first character of each word
** Example: My First Company AG ==> mfc
