Overview

This pages defines the menu entries of the Left Menu in dependency of the current location in the selfcare interface for the resellers, customers and people.

Definitions

  • Companies and people are added.
  • Services are created.

Resellers (Version 0.2.0)

In the following definitions, we presume you are logged in as an employee of a reseller.

Overview of <RESELLER> (Version 0.2.0)(to be implemented)

This is the default screen which appears, when you log into the selfcare interface as an employee of a reseller.

Explanation:

x Overview page with the services and people (and later on billing): <RESELLER>
x The page with the billing address (and later on shipping address): Company Profile of <RESELLER>
x The page the listing page of all the employees of the <RESELLER>: Employees of <RESELLER>
x Overview page with the services: Services of <RESELLER>. If only one service is configured (for example Online Backup), than you automatically arrive on the Online Backup Accounts of <RESELLER> listing page.
x Add Customer.
x Add Employee.
x Add Person.
x Overview page with the services: Services of <RESELLER>. If only one service is configured (for example online Backup), than you automatically arrive on the Create Online Backup Account page.
