Activate / deactivate backup account

If you deactivate a backup account keep in mind that:

• The login with the backup account is no longer possible (backups can't be executed anymore)
• The snapshot process no longer rotates the files on the server
• The different backup notifications will no longer be sent
• The account is no longer editable (except from activation) via the web-interface
